Grand Theft Auto 4

I have never really played any of the Grand Theft Auto games before. Was only when number 4 came out that I started. I wasn't one of the first people at the shops to buy it, now that I have played it I regret not getting it then.

Rockstar really know what they are doing when it comes to making games, the graphics are brilliant the story line is really funny, and the main character is the MAN!! Niko Bellic from eastern Europe comes to America wanting to live the American dream..

The story line is why you want to play the game cause the things that happen and the thing's you have to do make this one of the best games I have ever played, I'm not really the type of gamer that likes having to drive or walk from one place to another to carry on with the story, but with Grand Theft Auto 4 I have found a new lease or vise in my gaming program.

Grand Theft Auto 4 in my opinion gets a 8 out of 10 and that is good cause only shoot'em ups will get a higher score in my book

Good Luck and enjoy this blockbuster

Tom Clancy's EndWar

Tom Clancy sure knows his stuff when it comes to making war game's, EndWar's is no different. Ubisoft has done it again, the game play is totally unexpected, the voice commands of your troop's is the way of the future, this is the way game's are going to be. You say what you want to happen and your troops do it.

The interface of the game isn't the best but I'm not sure they could have done any better now.... it takes gaming to the next level of gaming. Voice Command is what should have been done years ago but leave it to Tom Clancy to be the first, he has been leading the way in action games for years now and i can see him leading the way for years to come.

It's the classic old rivalry between America, Europe and the Russian's. They are the super power's trying to fight it out. It's 2020 and the economic and civil order is shaken by an energy crisis, the arms race is re-ignited between the super powers, which trigger's WORLD WAR 3

Which side will you pick? Which side do you think will win? It's up to you to be all you can be in this new war game.. Good Luck!!

Prototype

You are Alex Mercer your character is a Shape shifting weapon... I bought this game yesterday it started off really well, will see how it end tho.
It reminds me of Spiderman 3 with the players movements (Spiderman 3 wasn't the best game) it also reminds me of The Darkness with it's dark side of the game (The Darkness was quite a good game).

The story so far is that you have no memory and you are trying to figure it out step by step.. Which has some interesting twists, i haven't got that far in the game yet, but follow this blog for more updates for this game cause I'm really enjoying it at the moment.

Update: i have been playing Prototype a bit more now and I'm starting to enjoy it, my character has more skills now which means some stuff i couldn't do before i can now. The game reminds me alot of "I AM LEGEND" the movie its telling you what happened during the time the virus was spreading around, although that's the part you are trying to figure out cause you wake up with no memory. Its an enjoyable journey

Need for speed - undercover

One of my friends told me to play Need for Speed Undercover. He said it was awesome!! I really enjoyed Most Wanted so i thought i would give it a go.. after playing it for two weeks, i have come to realize that the best Need for Speed is still Most Wanted!!

The game play is nowhere near as good as Most Wanted but I'm really enjoying the storyline in Undercover, you just don't seem to get money quick enough to be able to upgrade the performance's of your car's and the visuals quick enough.

The racing seems to have changed quite a bit too, I miss having to drive from race to race (where the cop's could chase you at anytime) instead of just pushing down on your D-pad the whole time, it makes me believe that they have spent more time on the storyline then they have on the actual game play (which is a pity)

Playing game's again

Since buying my xBox360 i have bought over 100 games, some good some bad the good one's differently out way the bad. The one's i have really enjoyed are the Call of Duty series my favourite genre of game's would have to be shoot 'em ups, but i have played everything from Guitar Hero to Soulcalibur to even Kameo..

I'm not the best gamer but i believe that with practise and keeping at it you can be good at any game, there is some guy's out there that play game's for to many hour's in a day( i used to be one of them - until my girlfriend moved in) but thing's are going to change cause to write a blog you have to know what you are talking about..

So over the rest of my Blog i will be telling you all about my ups and downs of gaming

The ultimate games console

The best thing I ever did was buy a xBox 360 games console (I never slept for 2 days after buying it). I traded in my PS2 with all my games to buy it almost as soon as it came out it was a bit expensive still tho, but sometimes you just have to do it, and i had a feeling deep down in my gut that said i couldn't go wrong,

It was amazing to see the leaps and bounds mircosoft had taken with the graphic's, the xBox 360 and the playstation 3 where supposed to be released at the same time but PS3 had teething problems.. (mircsoft 1 - playstation 0)

When the xBox came out the live community was already up and running cause the first xBox had that feature already on the previous console (mircosoft 2 - playstation 0). The fact that you had a hard drive instead a memory card was the bee knees.

My first game was Fight Night Round 3 wow it was like watches boxing on tv it took me awhile to get used to the controls tho(i was so used to PS controls) but once i mastered them i mastered the game it was like nothing would touch me in the game, i then decided to try Live and got beaten 5 times in a row, there where guys out there that where outstanding

And thats when i decided i had made the best choice trading in my PS2 for my Xbox360, not cause of the game play altough that was one reason but because of the fact i had been beaten 5 times in a row and i didn't want that happening again.
